ABOUT

ME!

Olivia Goosman, who also goes by Goose, grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Her love for musical theatre began at five years old when she played a mouse in a production of Cinderella, and she hasn’t left the stage since.

By the age of eight, Goose was working professionally at regional theatres throughout Michigan. After years of training in classes, workshops, and summer programs, she convinced her parents to let her audition for Interlochen Arts Academy, where she spent her high school years immersed in rigorous artistic training.

Leaving home at fifteen wasn’t easy, but it was exactly where she wanted to be. At Interlochen, Goose deepened her craft, discovered new facets of her artistry, and blossomed into the artist she is today.

Goose went on to earn her BFA in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, along with a minor in Stage Management and an emphasis in Directing. During her time there, she had the opportunity to take a semester away from school to portray Mary Phagan on the Broadway National Tour of Parade, directed by Michael Arden, an experience that profoundly shaped her as both an artist and person.

Whether she’s performing or working behind the scenes, Goose brings curiosity, joy, and a collaborative spirit to every room. She believes in being a multifaceted artist and values every opportunity to tell meaningful stories.

As a queer woman, Goose is passionate about helping create the theatre of today and tomorrow. Work that is bold, inclusive, and rooted in empathy, authenticity, and connection.
